Interprofessional Practice Council (IPC)
The Interprofessional Practice Council (IPC) gives team members a voice in decisions that affect them and their jobs. The IPC consists of 9 representatives from various departments and disciplines, committed to the IPC’s core values of Ownership, Accountability, Equity, and Empowerment.
The IPC is responsible for defining, approving, implementing, and maintaining standards of practice in which excellence and optimal processes are promoted through shared governance. The IPC will work to ensure all practice decisions are consistent with evidence-based professional standards and our organizational mission and values to GROW, INSPIRE, VALUE, and EMPOWER.
If you have an idea that may increase organizational efficiency, improve our quality of service, create process improvements, or generate opportunities to impact our community, we want to hear from you. Your ideas, suggestions, and concerns will be carefully considered and the IPC will work to create practical solutions that support Hospice of the Piedmont’s efforts to provide meaningful, high-quality care to the patients and families who need us.
