If you are having any IT-related issue – computer, iPad, printer, software, network connection, NetSmart, phones – please submit a ticket through the SysAid system.

This system helps the IT Department track issues and determine what may be recurring and what issues may need additional attention. You can also find a link on your computer desktop. If you are not on the network or VPN connection, you will not be able to access the system.
