What is the PULSE Award?
The PULSE – Performing Unlimited Lasting Services with Excellence – award recognizes, celebrates, and encourages employees of Hospice of the Piedmont. Candidates for the award will be evaluated on the merits of their individual impact, leadership potential, innovation, communication with others, or commitment to the services provided by the organization.
PULSE Award Nomination Guidelines:
- The nominee should be an active employee for at least 6-months.
- The nomination may be made by an employee’s peers, or by a written statement from a patient, family, or other members of our community.
- Example: card recognizing individual from a family member for the outstanding care given of the impact made to the patient or the patient’s family.
- The nominee can be nominated more than once in a calendar year (January-December) but nominees are eligible for only one award per calendar year.
