This event is part of a monthly interactive therapeutic art therapy workshop series for adults who desire to explore creative ways to work through and express their grief.
Workshop Information
When the life we once planned fundamentally shifts, it can make any view of the future feel void. This workshop uses a vision board to help participants reimagine a path forward while still honoring the past. Collage materials will be provided to select images and words that represent personal hopes and goals. Creating a visual compass in this manner provides a starting guide to navigating a “new normal” with intention and a renewed sense of possibility.
