Kids Path - Small Group Support for Kids (Asheboro)

About this group

Loss can be confusing and overwhelming for children. This 5-session small group is designed to provide a safe, supportive space where kids in grades K–5 can explore their feelings, connect with peers, and learn healthy ways to cope with grief.

Through age-appropriate activities, stories, art, and guided conversations, children will:

Better understand their emotions
Learn coping and self-expression skills
Feel less alone in their experience
Honor and remember their loved one

Group schedule

Meets Wednesdays | 4 – 5 p.m.
Session dates: June 17, June 24, July 8, July 15, July 22
Hospice of Randolph – Education Building (416 Vision Drive, Asheboro)

Registration

This group is free and open to any child in the community (grades K – 5) who has experienced the loss of a loved one. Space is limited and registration is required. To register a child for this group, please complete the registration form below by Monday, June 15.
