About this group
Loss can be confusing and overwhelming for children. This 5-session small group is designed to provide a safe, supportive space where kids in grades K–5 can explore their feelings, connect with peers, and learn healthy ways to cope with grief.
Through age-appropriate activities, stories, art, and guided conversations, children will:
- Better understand their emotions
- Learn coping and self-expression skills
- Feel less alone in their experience
- Honor and remember their loved one
