About this group

Grief can feel isolating—especially for teens and pre-teens. This 5-session group offers a supportive, judgment-free space where youth can talk openly, connect with others who understand, and learn healthy ways to cope with loss.

Participants will explore grief through guided discussions, creative expression, and practical coping strategies. The group focuses on:

  • Understanding the many ways grief shows up
  • Managing difficult emotions like sadness, anger, and anxiety
