Get Flu Season Ready

You are invited to take part in Flu Shot Clinics being offered at both branches of the organization. This is a wellness benefit covered by our organization’s healthcare insurance through BCBS of North Carolina. Per our current policy, masks are required to attend a clinic at either branch.

High Point branch

Tuesday, October 6 and 7
8-10 a.m. and 3-5 p.m. each day
Conference Room I (downstairs)

Deep River Drug will be onsite providing flu shots to staff. Plan to attend by completing the simple registration below to reserve your flu shot. Staff can attend either day or time that works best for your schedule. Click here to download the required form that you will need to bring with you to the clinic along with your insurance ID card. Deep River Drug can also bill other insurance if you are not covered by the organization’s healthcare plan.

Randolph branch

Monday, October 12
7:30-8:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Prevo Drug will be onsite providing flu shots. Plan to attend by completing the simple registration below to reserve your flu shot – if you have not already responded to HR.  Staff and any family member covered under the organization’s healthcare plan can attend any time that works best for your schedule. (Please note: children less than 3 years of age are not able to receive.)  You must present your insurance ID card and complete a questionnaire (click here to download) before receiving the vaccine. If you are not covered under the organization’s healthcare plan, the cost of the vaccine is $25 due when you receive the shot.
