Healing through Mindfulness Following Loss
Tuesday, May 16, 6-8 p.m.
Through meditation, breath work, and relaxation exercises, grieving individuals will learn and practice highly effective coping skills for improved sleep, concentration, and energy.
Healing through Photography Following Loss
Thursdays, June 8, 15, 22, 6-7:30 p.m.
Participants will learn how to capture images as sources of personal reflection, exploration, and inspiration while exploring their own personal grief and healing. Attendance at all three sessions is required. No prior photography experience is necessary. Space is limited.
The Fun and Beauty of Zentangle™!
Wednesday, July 19, 1-3 p.m.
Learn an easy, relaxing and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns during this workshop. Zentangle™ helps improve focus and concentration, develop creativity, and promote a sense of peace and well-being. Space is limited to 12 participants.
