You may recall in early 2021 we introduced a new Wellness initiative, to promote and establish a culture of wellness. Throughout the year we introduced educational opportunities covering topics such as our EAP and Financial wellness; we held personal challenges related to nutrition; we participated in a community give back event with the United Way CANpaign food drive; and we met our goal for the Wellbeing Assessment participation.
With your participation and engagement in these events, we completed all of the benchmarks required to obtain a grant of $16,000 from the North Carolina Medical Society, our group health insurance broker! THANK YOU for making our attempt at achieving this goal a true success! The funds we received will be invested right back into YOU through our Wellness program.
So now, it is up to you to help us enhance our wellness program for 2022! We have created a brief survey that provides options for how we move forward and we would like to hear from you! Let us know how we can make our wellness program offerings meaningful for you.
