Holidays are a time for family, togetherness, and time-honored traditions. Following the death of a loved one, the holiday season can be difficult. It is often hard for many of us to imagine the holidays without the presence of our loved ones.
If you have experienced the loss of a loved one, join us for Hope for the Holidays, a 1-hour educational session that includes a meaningful time of reflection and remembrance. Explore how there can be hope in the midst of loss this holiday season by equipping yourself with strategies to manage your grief, promote healing and find comfort in the presence of others.
