“Although we lose a physical presence when someone dies, we don’t lose our connection to who they were and what they meant to us. Memories are one of the best ways for us to keep them alive for ourselves and others.” – Leah McRant, Bereavement Counselor
Our Kids Path grief support program is hosting a special art therapy workshop for children and teens (ages 5 – 18) in the community who have lost a loved one. At this workshop, grief support specialists will guide children through the process of using collage materials to decorate a memory box to hold special mementos and serve as a reminder of their loved one.
