Care on Your Terms – Episode 3: More than a Benefit

This episode begins with a conversation between Hospice of the Piedmont team members Trent Cockerham and Kat Gibson as they answer two questions many families ask when considering hospice care: "Is hospice care expensive?" and "What does the hospice benefit actually cover?" Together, they'll discuss the hospice benefit and the wide range of services and support available to patients and caregivers. Then, in the second half of the episode, we hear from Susan, a caregiver who spent years supporting her daughter through a serious illness. She'll share how hospice helped lift burdens, provided guidance during a difficult time, and supported her family long after her loved one's death.
