This event is part of a monthly interactive therapeutic art therapy workshop series for adults who desire to explore creative ways to work through and express their grief.
Workshop Information
Fear and anxiety are two common feelings experienced after a loss. You may fear forgetting your loved one, being alone, not grieving “correctly,” or facing a future that no longer looks familiar. This workshop provides a way to externalize these worries by creating “Fear Models” using Model Magic. Participants will sculpt tangible representations of their fears, giving them physical forms and features. By turning abstract anxieties into a physical form, this activity allows for a more creative sense of control over your biggest concerns.
