This event is part of a monthly interactive therapeutic art therapy workshop series for individuals who desire to explore creative ways to work through and express their grief.
Event Information
Mandala is a Sanskrit word that translates to “sacred circle.” It is often comprised of geometric patterns that symbolize healing and self-expression. Participants in this workshop will create a simple version of a mandala to help explore internal challenges and increase focus on the present moment.
