This event is part of a monthly interactive therapeutic art therapy workshop series for individuals who desire to explore creative ways to work through and express their grief.
Event Information
Letting go of the weight of grief isn’t about forgetting, but about transforming. Participants will learn to use collage and drawing materials to transform the pain of loss into a tangible symbol of healing based on the tracing of their hands. One hand will hold the memories and hope you choose to hold onto, while the other hand will hold the painful thoughts and feelings you are ready to let go of.
