This event is part of a monthly interactive therapeutic art therapy workshop series for adults who desire to explore creative ways to work through and express their grief.
Event Information
Grief can feel like a story that has been cut short, leaving the characters feeling lost in the middle of an unfinished chapter. This workshop provides a safe space to assume control over your grief narrative. Participants will combine drawings, collage, and writings within an accordion-style storybook to map out their journey – honoring the “before,” witnessing the “now,” and considering the “next.” Each storybook serves as a symbolic container of memories and testaments to resiliency.
