Our Kids Path grief support program is hosting a special art therapy workshop for children and teens (ages 5 – 18) in the community who have lost a loved one.

Description

Grief can be a heavy load for anyone to carry. It’s always with you, it can change weight, and it even opens unexpectedly! Children will learn how to pack lighter, releasing emotions, concerns and challenges that may be weighing them down. Each child will create a suitcase that they will fill with memories, feelings, and coping strategies that help to lighten the load of grief.
