Children Grief Counseling for Children
Kids Path*, a program of Hospice of the Piedmont and Hospice of Randolph, provides grief counseling for kids. It is designed to meet the special needs of children and teens who have experienced the death of a loved one.
*Hospice of the Piedmont is a licensed provider of Kids Path, which was founded in Greensboro, NC.
Grief counseling includes short-term individual, family, and group counseling for children and adolescents under the age of 18. Counseling sessions take place in local schools, at our office and occasionally in the home setting. In addition, special workshops and other activities are scheduled throughout the year to provide education and support.
Community contributions also allow our bereavement services to be provided at no cost. To make a referral for Kids Path services, please call 336.889.8446.
