Our Kids Path grief support program is hosting a FREE art therapy workshop for children and teens (ages 5 – 18) in the community who have lost a loved one.

Description

Memories are like a library of the heart – some pages make us smile, while others feel heavy or hard to read. In this workshop, children will become the authors of their own stories by creating a personalized memory book based on the relationship with their loved one. Instead of letting grief feel like a forgotten chapter, each child will use scrapbook materials to create paper books that bind together their favorite stories, photos, and feelings into a beautiful keepsake. They can open it whenever they need to feel a connection to their loved one.
